Documents for Russian citizens:
You must present your passport upon check-in.
Documents for children:
If you are traveling with minors, please provide a birth certificate or passport (for children aged 14 and over), as well as identification documents of their parents or guardians.
Check-in for foreigners:
Foreign citizens must present a passport, a valid visa, or other document confirming their right to reside in the Russian Federation, and a migration card.
Digital registration:
Please note that starting June 30, 2025, foreigners arriving in Russia under the visa-free regime must pre-register digitally through the Gosuslugi RuID app. Registration must be completed no later than 72 hours before entry, after which you will receive a QR code to present at the border.

Please note that an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.

If you pay in cash or by credit card through TravelLine online acquiring, the hotel (upon request at reception) will issue you documents confirming your stay for the entire period.

If you pay by bank transfer and require closing documents, please send a request with your company details to reserv@skypoint-hotel.ru. The hotel will prepare the documents for you and issue them upon presentation of a seal or power of attorney.
